There so many ways, treatments and products are available to whiten teeth. Depends upon the way we choose or the treatment or the product we choose the duration to whiten teeth will vary. Some of the disadvantages of baking soda to whiten teeth are: When it is used too often, then it may cause some severe damage to our teeth instead of giving white teeth. We must be very careful while using the baking soda to whiten our teeth and avoid swallowing in. If our teeth are suffered from some dental diseases such as mucilage diseases, then it is good having some dental work like capping teeth. So, to whiten teeth we must choose the better one that fits us.
